(More customer reviews)I've been satisfied with this unit, it's easy to vent through the window. The portability is a plus, the unit can be moved to where it is needed. Very effective and efficient. It cools quickly and the set up is straight forward. Basically just plug in and turn-on. This product was exactly what I was looking for. It is humid here, and I needed a unit with a strong de-humidifier. We don't have a large house so there was no need to have a central unit put in. This is great product that cools a medium size room well. We had one in our bedroom and then bought another for the office. My bedroom is now a comfortable place to both sleep in and read, relax, etc. The unit is not too noisy. I can still see out my window unlike a window unit. I like how I haven't had to empty out any water buckets. Would definitely recommend this air conditioner to others.
