(More customer reviews)This portable ac would not even cool down a room 12 x 15, the lowest it would go was 79 with the temp. outside at 81.
I had a repair tech out and even he said in not so many words that these units are garbage.(He couldn't do anything for me).
Just spoke to a friend who also got the 12,000 btu unit and he has the same problem, IT JUST DOESN'T DO THE JOB!
This was a very costly mistake to make.
