(More customer reviews)This summer has been so hot that my central air conditioner was working over time and still wasn't cooling our house that good so we decided to try this air conditioner/heater, when we bought it we weren't expecting a lot because we've never owned an air conditioner like this before but to our surprise this air conditioner was great and powerful and my central air conditioner finally got to kick off and this did such a good job I was actually freezing and needed to turn it down, it works great and blows air out really good also, the only problem I have with it is its size, its big and I'd like to see them make a slender model so it doesn't take up so much room and doesn't stand out so much but other than that we love it and would gladly tell other people to buy this, its a little costly but worth every penny!
