And emptying the tank was really easy for me. This truly is a self contained AC/HEATER/DEHUMIDIFIER, and it works perfect. It cools my intire attic which has 2 12x12 rooms that usually stays 100 degrees plus in the summer, now it is a steady 77degress all day and all night, the kids love it. Now we can use the attic in the summer.
